Overview:
The BK 450/E chamfering
or side beveling machine is the ideal and inexpensive
solution for the chamfering of metal cutting circular saw
blades with maximum outside diameter of 450 mm.
Having a high/low tooth shape (tooth shape C) the chamfering
will be done on both sides of the high tooth. With tooth shape B
the chamfering will be done at every alternate tooth.
The chamfering is done on both sides of the saw blades at the
same time, by the the use of special CBN grinding wheels.
Because the machine is equipped with 2 separate grinding heads,
making the set-up & grinding time very short. |
