	Segmental Saw Blades ARNTZ, Inc. is the only domestic segmental saw blade manufacturer in the United States. Our market share continues to grow annually as customer requirements demand the flexibility and high quality we are capable of providing. Our current capacity range for segmental saw blades is 10" diameter thru 120" diameter. Within this range we produce special diameters and thicknesses that offer our customers the widest spectrum of products.
	Non-Ferrous High Speed Steel Blades The non-ferrous metal cutting industry is a diversified market that utilizes blades from 6" diameter thru 20" diameter, in various thicknesses. Non-ferrous blades are suitable for applications requiring durable cut-off saws running at substantially higher RPM's than ferrous cutting saws. We maintain well over $1,000,000 in stock of standard sizes.
	Ferrous High Speed Steel Blades The ferrous metal cutting industry consumes a large number of steam treated, M2 and cobalt HSS saw blades. These blades are specifically suited for use in manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic sawing operations. All blades are hardened to 64/65 RC, triple tempered and press quenched. This manufacturing method produces the flattest and straightest saw blade in the world today

We manufacture with the latest CNC grinding equipment to achieve up to 3 times longer blade life than those manufactured using files. We have distribution centers strategically located throughout the US for sales and service of all meat processing saw blades.
